100th Post and Contest!!!!

(I Just want to let everyone know that there will be TWO winners. I will be drawing one winner from the list of commenters in this post. Everyone still has a chance to win, just leave me a comment and I will do a drawing at random on midnight March 22nd.Cheryle won the first prize by finding the blog post. Good luck to the next winner.)

It is finally here!! My 100th post. I was also tagged by my friend Joan. She has a blog called Anythingfitsanakedman.
So this post I will list 7 things you may not know about me and have a contest.
Daisymum's 7 random and favorite things you may not know:
1. My favorite candy in the entire world is Twizzlers. Barry knows I prefer Twizzlers over flowers any day!
2. I love strong, rich coffee!! Yum!! I have even dunked my Twizzlers in my coffee!!
3. One day I hope Tom gets Jerry, after all these years of Jerry aggravating Tom, Tom deserves some sweet revenge.
4. I know how to play the Clarinet. It has been awhile but I could play the heck out of "We got the Beat" by the Go Go's.
5. I know how to play the piano. Back in the day I could play really well. Now I'm a little rusty. I spend most of my time now, knitting.
6. I use to write poems at least once a day. I am having a difficult time finding one poem I like the best, so I will post one on my next post.
7. My favorite game to play is Indian Ball.
I am going to tag some of my favorite blogs that I follow. The first two blogs are not knitting blogs. They are blogs written by two wonderful coworkers, co performers of mine. Anythingfitsanakedman and the other is
Thedogpursuitofhappiness. They are both well written and a change of pace from all the knitting blogs I read. They are very thought provoking. I also enjoy Artinthewind, Jackie's and KibblesandKnits. If you get the chance check them out. I enjoy reading them. Now on to the contest. Drum roll please................................................
Somewhere in my 100 blog post, I post about my friend Joan. The first person to leave a comment in this post telling me what I made her and what colors it is will win a prize. I will also be giving away 1 other prize to a random commenter in this post as well. The deadline for this contest is Midnight March 22nd. The prize will be one of my magic wallets I was going to make for my family for Christmas. It will jump start me back on that project to get them done.

You can pick out the color combination's if you would like. Good luck everyone!!!

The one-poem-a-day-goal is such a nice one but it's awfully hard to keep to, isn't it? I had at that for about three months and some days the best things I could manage were haikus. Dreadful, nasty little haikus.

Still, most things improve with practice, and poetry is one of them. Good luck to you!

Congratulations!! Good luck to us all!

Not sure where I should post this, but I went to my blog today and saw you had a comment on my latest post, but had to log off before reading it, then later it was gone, but didn't say "deleted by author." I wonder if I did something dumb to make it disappear.
