My First Weaving Project

Yeah, Thanks To my MoM, DaD, Barry ( My Husband), and Jennifer from Gosh Yarn it. I have now started my first weaving project. My parents bought my supplies, Barry built the loom, and Jennifer from GoshYarnit.com sold me this beautiful yarn. I decided to use all the colors and different textures to make this shawl. I did have to modify the loom once I got started. Now I am weaving faster with the modifications. I can't wait till I am finished. It is so exciting. Thank you again to the wonderful family and friends that made this endeavor possible.

Butterfly Bracelet

This is my Butterfly bracelet that I hope to have available on Ravelry and ETSY. I 've been having problems putting the picture on the PDF file. I finally got the correct size file to upload it on the file. Now I need to get a copyright on it and it will be ready. Yeah.

My Bracelets

This is me working at Universal and knitting my bracelets while I am doing shows. I get a lot of knitting done here. This is how it turned out It is a ladybug and daisy bracelet. I am working on a bunch of different designs to give to my friends for Christmas. Oops now they know what I am making for Christmas, but they don't know which one they will get. This is why I haven't blogged in awhile. It is taking me a long time to figure out the pattern I am going to have for sale on Ravelry and ETSY.com.  I will post more pictures as I complete them.

My Inkle Loom

I decided to make my own Inkle Loom, but I wanted it to be wide enough to make many more things than a belt.  My mom wanted to get me one and I told her I would like to make one, so she purchased the supplies and I got the instructions for building the loom. When I got home it was time for me to go to work. My husband Barry decided he would start to build it while I was at work. When I got home it was nearly finished. I was so surprised that I cried. It was very thoughtful of him to go ahead and build it for me. It still needs a clear coat on it, oh yeah and I need yarn, tools, and a book to learn how to weave. I am so excited I can't stand it. I need to finish my bracelet patterns so that I can have them copyrighted and sent off to the Knitting calendar before the deadline. Also because I want to start weaving. Yeah for my husband for helping me in my fiber craze. I love you Barry. Also Yeah for my mom for making this all possible. I love you mom.
