I'm being targeted by a woman named Val Hoyle. She's been endorsed by my opponent – he's even given her the full list of his donors to use at her will. My erstwhile opponent is helping my new opponent rig the race in Democrats favor – and it seems to be working. Last quarter, Val Hoyle raised $626,325.
At this moment in time, no one really knows who she is and she's not yet the official Democrat nominee YET STILL she's raising nearly ¾ of a million dollars in the three slowest months of the year!!
All signs point to trouble and massive fundraising numbers if this woman becomes the Democrat nominee next month. That's why I need your help today.

On the call they asked me to update them on the progress we're making on our April monthly goal, and whether or not we were close to hitting the $70,780 we said we could raise in the budget we sent them back in October.

Ballots began being mailed here in Oregon yesterday and that means primary season has officially begun. Now, voters in my district have until May 17th to vote and return their ballots.
If you've read the emails that I've written this week, then you'll know that it's my intention to "chase" these ballots and make sure that everyone who can vote for me in fact does.
That's why we've been asking for your help to raise $5,000 to run ads on social media encouraging people to vote and return their ballots ASAP. We need to have this money in place by no later than Saturday, and so far, we've raised just north of $3,000.

As I mentioned in my previous email to you, primary ballots are being sent to voters in my district beginning tomorrow, April 27th. Voters have until May 17th – the day of the primary – to return their vote to a sanctioned ballot drop box. Over the next several weeks we're going to be running Facebook ads to a list of voters in my district to make sure they fill out and return their ballot by the deadline date.
Our initial budget to run the ads is $5,000 and we're hoping to be able to begin running them by this time tomorrow. Today, I'm asking you to help sponsor our ad with a contribution of $4 or more. I sincerely cannot think of a better way you can help my campaign and the democratic voting process than by helping us make sure everyone who is eligible to vote for me fills out their ballot.

I had just finished serving our great nation in Afghanistan when I decided to take a vacation with my two childhood friends in Europe during the summer of 2015. We were traveling on a train to Paris when a terrorist armed with a gun, a jar of gasoline, and 270 rounds of ammunition attempted to take over our train and kill us all.
My two best friends, brave travelers and I made the decision to stand up for freedom in the face of terrorism - we took out this threat and saved countless lives. Most importantly, we did it together, as a team.
